Inputs receives and puts away storeroom orders. Prepares unit for opening, stocking, signs, cleanliness, and equipment. Sets up Sequoia, retrieves banks, prepares market and food as needed. Monitors food quality and employee productivity. Ensures all areas are staffed; delegates job assignments. Openly communicates with staff and supervisor. Completes product orders as required. Trains employees in their job duties and health codes. Actively develops and supports a team based focus within Student Union. Rings up orders accurately, accepts money and returns correct change. Counts bank to verify accuracy. Enters totals on reports as required. Participates in employee discipline and guidance. Has knowledge of and actively supports labor cost and food cost budgets. Knowledge of food service equipment, such as steamers, slicers, and fryers. Knowledge of Food Pro and performs Forecasting, Service Needs and Modify Delivery Information. Ability to communicate effectively. Physical Requirements Ocasionally lift, transport/move a minimum of 50 lbs.
