What you’ll do Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R D, Creative, Sales, Education, and professional stylists to develop innovative curly hair products Conduct market research using platforms like Euromonitor, Mintel, and Kline to identify white space opportunities and inform product development Translate data-driven insights into compelling product concepts, including formula, fragrance, and packaging ideas Assist in the creation of artwork, claims documentation, and other materials required for product launches Manage procurement of competitive products, coordinate sample shipments, and maintain accurate master data records
