Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel. What you´ll do Analyze equipment failures, downtime, and maintenance history to identify recurring problems. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on chronic and critical equipment failures. Develop and improve Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs. Partner with maintenance technicians to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls-related equipment. Develop equipment criticality assessments and asset reliability strategies. Manage reliability improvement projects and capital projects.
