Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product Development, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Application Engineering teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and country growth strategies. Establish and manage a structured evaluation and prioritization process for innovation projects, ensuring a robust and sustainable innovation pipeline. Develop and support strategic market maps and customer roadmaps to drive profitable regional growth and long-term business expansion. Build and strengthen relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders while executing strategic customer portfolio planning in emerging and high-potential markets. Develop, co-create, and deliver tailored business solutions and value propositions that address customer needs and drive market adoption. Partner with the global team to design and deliver training programs, enhancing technical and commercial capabilities across relevant internal teams.
