To strengthen our motivated Bindery Team at our plant in Indianapolis, IN we are looking for a highly competent Bindery Set-Up Technician. ## Your Role * You will perform maintenance and troubleshoot multiple pieces of equipment. * You are poficient in the set up of folding equipment (Vijuk, Stahl, Pratham, Mueller, MBO etc..) per client/job order specifications. * You can perform beginning and ending line clearances. * You will demonstrate acceptable attendance and good mechanical aptitude. * You have general computer skills. * You are organized and disciplined in following of established processes and procedures. ## Your Profile * You have obtained a high school diploma in a vocational and/or work-study program. * You possess acceptable verbal, organizational, and people skills. * You can lift up to 35 pounds, loads heavier than 35 pounds will be lifted with mechanical device or 2-person lift. * You will use problem-solving as a routine element of the job. * You must be at least 18 years of age. ## Our Offer We offer you a workplace in a stable environment at an international company which is an industry leader.
