This position requires FWS JOB DUTIES: Support the front desk operations of the Academic Advising, Coaching, and Transfer Department Support the virtual operations of the Virtual Advising Center Outreach to students who may have trouble accessing resources or services at the college who contact advising Create foundational guiding materials to assist student workers who may cover desk operations, virtual operations, and the like Be culturally responsive to individual needs and identities Provide other assistance as requested
