The Technical Lead will deliver services and support in accordance with Corporate IT policies and procedures Also, manage SCCM / MECM infrastructure, including task sequence design, quarterly OSD releases, driver / firmware packaging, deployment collections, feature updates, compliance reporting, L3 troubleshooting, documentation, and global rollout coordination You will design and maintain enterprise Windows client standards, images, lifecycle management, Evergreen strategy, hardware standards, language packs, regional configurations, and validation of monthly updates and feature releases You will be supporting evergreen activities: plan, communicate, and onboard new features or products into sustainable services And continuously learn emerging Digital Workplace technologies and integrate with related services Also, participate in global Workplace projects and support high priority incidents through on-call rotation, including weekends and holidays
