You will design and implement material handling systems to improve safety and productivity. You will develop equipment modifications and upgrades to increase reliability and process capability Manage fabrication shops, contractors, and internal resources to bring new concepts to life Lead equipment rebuilds, retrofits, and commissioning activities Design fixtures, tooling, and custom equipment using SolidWorks and working directly with vendors to manufacture components Plan and execute process trials to optimize equipment settings and validate new processes You will gather operator feedback and incorporating user requirements into engineering solutions Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and installation plans Troubleshoot complex manufacturing and processing challenges where there is no predefined solution
