Job Functions* Percentage Job Functions 50% Internship Program – Focused in one area (10-12 Weeks) Learn the components of one department such as Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Credit, Loan Services, Information Services, or other department Learn the components of the lending process Learn credit fundamentals and credit philosophy Learn the variety of risk management functions 20% Projects Complete one or more projects identified by assigned department and by FCS that are hands-on in nature and designed to add value to the company. Presentations to the senior leadership, mentors and other staff at the conclusion of the internship. 20% Communication Work with several mentors within various areas of the Association.
