Job Functions* Percentage Job Functions 50% Internship Program - (12 Weeks) Learn the components of the lending process Learn credit fundamentals and credit philosophy Learn the process of appraising real and chattel properties Learn the variety of risk management options offered by FCS Financial including crop, livestock, and life insurance. 20% Projects Complete one or more projects identified by FCS that are hands-on in nature and designed to add value to the company. Presentations to the Board of Directors, senior leadership, mentors and other staff will be conducted towards the end of the internship. 20% Communication Work with several mentors within various areas of the Association.
