Because adjunct roles provide flexible, as-needed support for both in-person and online courses, this active requisition allows us to respond rapidly to shifting enrollment or emergency staffing needs. Job Summary Adjunct faculty members serve as the Instructor of Record, delivering high-quality course instruction across face-to-face, hybrid, and/or online modalities, including all aspects of course development and administration. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Deliver face-to-face, hybrid, and online classes in strict adherence to posted academic schedules. Clearly communicate course requirements, grading rubrics, and expectations to students. Maintain availability for student academic support, advising, exams, remediation, and evaluations. Collaborate with College of Business and Economic Development (CBED) faculty and the School Director to align course offerings with institutional quality metrics. Adhere to all established policies, procedures, and ethical standards of CBED and the University of Southern Mississippi. Perform administrative and instructional tasks as assigned by the Director.
