Develop course level learning objectives that align with institutional competency domains. Collaborate with other course directors to ensure horizontal and vertical Integration of the curriculum. Develop and deliver pathology and pathophysiology content within the preclerkship courses. Teaching in other courses within your area(s) of expertise. Facilitating small groups. Develop and Implement learner assessments. Engage in medical education research and related scholarly work. Participate and contribute to various WSUSOM academic committees. Experience in organizing and facilitating small groups, ability to use modem technology to engage learners in the classroom and remotely, knowledge in multiple modes of assessments, and interest in educational scholarship is highly preferred.
