The University of New Mexico Student Health Counseling (SHAC) is recruiting for a knowledgeable, detail-oriented ON-CALL Pharmacist to work in the SHAC Pharmacy. This position provides pharmacy services to patients/medical practitioners. Receives, compounds, fills prescriptions, dispenses pharmaceuticals, consults with clients regarding the nature and use of drugs, and trains and/or supervises personnel. Performs routine quality control testing procedures; prepares and maintains all necessary records required by federal, state and local regulations. The Student Health Counseling Center is located at the center of campus. The clinic provides comprehensive primary, and mental health services and has a laboratory, x-ray, pharmacy, physical therapy, massage, acupuncture, case management, and health promotions on site.
