Skilled in assessing risks, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining compliance. Fluent English; German language skills are a valuable asset. High level of organization, ability to manage documentation systems, audits, and strong problem‑solving Proven communication, collaboration, and team work skills Responsibilities Lead the implementation of new IMS requirements and ensure the full compliance with ISO 45001 requirements. Ensure Compliance with Corporate, Customer, and Legal Requirements. Support the design, creation, and updating of corporate policies, procedures, and standards necessary to meet IMS and ISO 45001 requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policies are effectively deployed and understood across all locations. Plan, coordinate, and execute internal audits related to Health Work Safety and ISO 45001 compliance. Act as the primary interface for external audits, ensuring the organization is fully prepared, responsive, and aligned with certification requirements.
