Variation analysis Budgeting Forecasting: Oversee the budgeting process, working with department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Develop financial forecasts and models to assess the impact of business decisions and changing market conditions. Internal Controls Financial Systems: Ensure robust internal financial controls, processes, and procedures to protect company assets. Oversee the implementation and optimization of financial systems to improve operational efficiency.
