This hands-on opportunity provides real-world experience on active commercial construction projects while working alongside experienced project teams. Key Responsibilities: Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Review project plans, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance with contract documents. Track and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other key project documentation. Coordinate with subcontractors to help maintain the schedule and resolve field issues. Conduct site walks to monitor progress, assist with quality control, and ensure jobsite safety. Attend and contribute to project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and support communication between all stakeholders. Assist with procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field and have a strong desire to work in Construction Management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Clear, professional communication skills and a willingness to ask questions and learn.
