Build your future with us Our Personal Lines department is currently seeking candidates for an underwriting trainee for our Gilbert, Arizona location starting in June 2027. The pay rate for this position is $33.65 hourly. The hourly pay rate will convert to $70,000 annually upon successful completion of training. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
