Full description

About Circadia Health Circadia Health is a growth-stage healthcare AI company on a mission to prevent avoidable hospitalizations and transform senior-care operations. Our Circadia Intelligence Platform combines: • Contactless sensing that monitors respiration and motion with medical-grade accuracy • Native predictive models that detect 85% of preventable adverse events several days in advance • Enterprise integrations that operationalize predictions directly inside EHR, care-coordination, billing, and compliance workflows Today, our technology touches 40,000+ post-acute patients daily across skilled-nursing, home-health, and home-care networks. We are backed by leading healthcare and AI investors and headquartered in El Segundo, CA. \n About the Role Circadia is hiring a Customer Success Manager for the Michigan market. You'll be based in Michigan, work hybrid, and spend roughly half your time on site with our skilled-nursing and home-health partners across the region. You'll own a book of multi-site healthcare accounts end to end: onboarding, adoption, quarterly and executive business reviews, renewal and expansion. Your day-to-day partners are Directors of Nursing, administrators, and regional clinical and operations leaders; your executive sponsors are CMOs, CNOs, and COOs. Your job is to make sure the clinicians using Circadia every day get value from it, and that the leaders who signed the contract can see that value in their numbers. What You'll Own • A book of multi-site accounts with renewal and net-retention targets • Onboarding and implementation for new facilities, including workflow design with floor staff • Monthly utilization reviews with facility leaders and quarterly EBRs/QBRs with executive sponsors • Renewal forecasting and expansion pipeline, reported weekly • Churn-risk playbooks: spotting low adoption early and turning it around • Field feedback to Product, with specific workflow examples Qualifications Required • 3+ years in a titled Customer Success Manager or Account Manager role at a B2B SaaS or healthcare-technology company, owning renewals • Travel to client sites 50% or more of the time within your region. This is a hard requirement. • You live in Michigan or will relocate before your start date • Experience running executive business reviews and reporting on retention, adoption, or utilization metrics Ideal • Customers on the provider side of healthcare: skilled nursing, home health, hospitals, or post-acute networks • Multi-year tenure at one company with progression (CSM to Senior CSM) • Experience driving adoption among frontline end users, not only executive buyers Nice to Have • Management consulting or client-advisory background • Familiarity with EHR, care-coordination, or clinical-operations software Why This Role, Why Now • You'll have the autonomy of a trusted strategic partner. • You'll own real relationships, see real outcomes, and be part of a mission-driven team that's scaling fast. At Circadia, you’ll be part of a mission-driven team that’s reshaping healthcare delivery. We combine advanced technology with clinical insight to prevent avoidable harm, improve staffing efficiency, and help clinicians focus on what matters most, caring for patients. Join us in building the future of proactive care. \n $120,000 - $180,000 a year As a full-time Customer Success Manager, you will be employed by Circadia Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $180,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Annual salary is only one part of an employee's total compensation package at Circadia Health. We also offer: • Meaningful employee stock options • 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage • 401(k) • Competitive time off with pay policies including vacation, sick days, and company holidays • Impact: your work will influence care decisions for tens of thousands of seniors every day. • Culture: hard-working, mission-driven, and collaborative — with weekly and monthly social events like yoga, beach bonfires, and Wednesday/Friday team lunches. \n Circadia Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. All employment decisions are based on business needs, job requirements, and individual qualifications, without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other status protected by law.
