Salary: $20-$25 Shift: 1st Shift- 6am to 6pm 2nd Shift- 6pm – 6am Equipment: Totani Hudson-Sharp CMD W&H or similar bag-making machines Job Description • A leading flexible packaging manufacturer is seeking an experienced Bag & Pouch Machine Operator to join their production team. This role is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating bag-making equipment used to convert plastic film into finished bags and pouches. Responsibilities • Set up, adjust, and operate bag and pouch converting machines • Monitor machine performance to ensure proper sealing, cutting, and product quality • Load film rolls and adjust machine settings based on production specifications • Perform routine quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards • Troubleshoot mechanical or production issues and make adjustments as needed • Maintain production efficiency while minimizing downtime and waste • Perform basic preventative maintenance and keep equipment clean and organized • Follow all safety procedures and production schedules Qualifications • Experience operating bag making, pouch making, or flexible packaging converting equipment • Mechanical aptitude and ability to make machine adjustments • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment • Strong attention to detail and quality control • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle production materials • Preferred Experience • Experience with Totani, Hudson-Sharp, CMD, W&H, or similar bag-making machines • Background in flexible packaging or plastic film converting
