What You’ll Do • Proactively source top-tier candidates using your own networks, tools, and strategies • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified talent • Engage and move candidates through the hiring process • Deliver high-quality hires that stick and perform • Take full ownership of your recruiting results and production Compensation • Base Salary: $60,000 annually • Commission Potential: Earn up to $6,550 per sourced hire The more candidates you successfully source and place, the more you earn.
