Are you a caring and dependable Registered Medication Aide (RMA) who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our Assisted Living team and provide exceptional care in a warm, resident-focused environment. Responsibilities: • Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with state regulations and physician orders. • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting dignity and independence. • Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team. • Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care • Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members. • Help create a positive, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and cared for.
