Utilize equipment necessary to perform the operations required to complete basic machining and assembly of cylinders. Utilize blueprints, processes, bill of materials, and measuring equipment to complete assigned tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform assigned work in a safety conscious manner. • Perform assigned work to specify quality and production standards. • Maintain equipment and tools used by the individual in a clean condition. • Perform assigned cleaning required to maintain individual’s immediate work area in a clean condition. • Prepare and/or maintain all documentation necessary to the duties of the job classification. • Perform other duties inherently required of the job classification. • Operate related equipment to produce product within specified Company processes and procedures. • To communicate on a timely basis to all relevant personnel any issues found during the daily processing of product and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. • Ensure that information is transferred between shifts and team members as required to maintain continuity. • Record keeping as required (Router, Test Log, etc.). • Work with others across payrolls, functions, and shifts to solve problems.
