We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to help lead our Detroit team. We are looking for an individual who has experience working in a fast-paced and high-volume full-service environment. Candidates should exhibit the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Restaurant managers with prior Bar Manager experience are encouraged to apply. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Good business math skills with the ability to analyze cost reports effectively to drive greater profitability. Good computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in the use of internet and ability to utilize computerized business tools such as email, learning management systems, and Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other appropriate software.
