Support assigned maintenance functions of production equipment in the assigned area. Perform routine inspection and repair or replacement of defective or faulty parts on machines and related equipment. Ensure good workmanship and complete all tasks with minimum delay. Support the manufacturing team, provide internal customer support, and build a high level of trust with internal customers and Quality Assurance/Manufacturing personnel. Identify and execute tasks that enhance the ability of the team to provide an added value line maintenance service for the site and provide guidance and direction on maintenance technical issues. Assist in providing innovative, creative, effective, and long-term solutions related to manufacturing line maintenance and repair. Job duties: • Maintain all assigned test equipment and ensure equipment is in calibration state. • Perform equipment preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair duties. • When necessary, coordinate maintenance/repair of equipment between cross-functional operation and third parties. • Ensure timely turnaround time on all equipment maintenance and repair services. • Generate and maintain appropriate work-related records, such as maintenance work orders, Installation Qualification reports, Preventative Maintenance schedules and checklists, etc. • Assist in maintaining equipment asset data. • Work with Production to maximize uptime and quality performance. • Use tools and equipment to repair or modify parts and equipment. • Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization. • Perform additional duties as assigned.
