Support the development and transfer of new chemical products as well as the sustainment of finished goods by verifying material release specifications, maintaining manufacturing and testing processes, and implementing equipment and raw materials to ensure production demands are met. Job duties: • Interface with other departments to solve production problems. • Sustain manufacturing processes for current products. • Support the validation activities for chemistry products. • Perform and report analytical testing. • Investigate non-conformances/out-of-specification testing results. • Synthesize chemical monomers following validated manufacturing procedures. • Day-to-day tasks performed under supervision. • Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization. • Perform other duties as assigned (e.g., create presentations, reports, etc.).
