• maintaining sanitary equipment and environment for production of food products • operating, monitoring, and understanding the CIP systems and COP systems • manually and hand cleaning valve and equipment parts • operating and maintaining equipment in the CIP room • perform preventative maintenance on valve and pump equipment • maintaining accurate written HACCP reports and preventative maintenance checklists • responsible for organizing and structuring personal needs around the business to accomplish goals in an effort to meet deadlines • coordinating with the Parts department to ensure that valve and pump equipment supplies are on hand
