We are looking for an Cyber Architecture and Administration Lead to serve as senior-level authority for break/fix operations, support operations in order to ensure seamless coordination and mission alignment for a technical program within our IC customer space. As the Cyber Architecture and Administration Lead, you will: • Be responsible for oversight and maintenance activities the program and tiers 1-4 support. • Work directly with customers, mission partners and internal staff in order to solve mission challenges. • Maintain, monitor and support for SLAs and OLAs.
