BAE Systems' Model Based Engineering Capability Group (MBE CG) is on a mission to transform the industry with cutting-edge Model Based Engineering (MBE) and Digital Engineering (DE) practices. We're seeking a visionary engineer to join our team and help propel this revolution forward. As a key player in our MBE CG, you'll be responsible for championing the rollout of Jama Connect as the preferred requirements management tool across the Electronic Systems (ES) sector. You will be tasked with implementation of best practices, developing training, and onboarding programs that have traditionally used DOORS Classic as their preferred tool.
