BAE is looking for an experienced Program Director to manage complex, enterprise technology programs. The role will report into our IT Program Management Office (PMO), with deep engagement with stakeholders across BAE Systems business segments. The Program Director will be responsible for end to end execution of programs, managing matrixed IT teams. The candidate will have strong program management experience managing multiple concurrent programs with several projects rolling up under each of the program. The candidate will be leading programs and projects through the project lifecycle including Planning and Analysis, Execution, Delivery, Stabilization and Benefit Realization.
