Responsibilities: • Provide supervision, mentoring, career development, and performance management for a team of 4-10 software engineers. • Conduct one-on-one and section level meetings. • Provide a safe, inclusive culture. • Support recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new team members to meet business needs. • Use your technical skills and experience to ensure the design, implementation, and sustainment of our software solutions meet and exceed customer expectations. • Support program execution through cost and schedule management, and metrics tracking. • Collaborate with other functional managers and discipline leads to ensure program success. • Be a major technical contributor to development programs
