The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic team providing technical and engineering services to the Customer's Air Traffic Control Systems worldwide. Will apply engineering techniques, principles and precedents to develop, modify, install, test, evaluate, or operate electronic equipment/systems. These skills will also be used in reviewing, writing, and updating technical documentation and drawings, development of technical manuals, test plans and procedures, training curriculum and materials for fleet training evolutions. Responsibilities will also include instructing training classes, maintenance, repair, inspection or troubleshooting of electronic equipment/systems. Will be required to travel up to 25% worldwide within 24 hour notification in support of the Customer's Air Traffic Control Systems. BAE Systems wants people who are self-starters and who have experience with working in small teams. This position is located in scenic and historic Southern Maryland in the St. Mary's County Technology Corridor adjacent to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to St. Mary's County, Maryland or surrounding areas.
