As a Proposal Labor Estimator, you will: • Develop detailed estimates for machinery work in support of repairs and installations on various vessels • Interpret and analyze 4-E work specifications and drawings to inform estimate development • Collaborate with contract administrators, material estimators, subcontract administrators, and planning personnel to ensure accurate estimates • Work closely with trades and operations teams to ensure bid accuracy and support Request for Bid Approval (RBA) meetings with leadership • This position is eligible for the 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off or the standard 5/40 schedule.
