What You'll Do As A Sales Closer: • Guide customers through roof inspections and repair options. • Build relationships with customers, set up appointments, and get rewarded for results. • Work hands-on with a supportive, high-energy team. • Learn and master a consultative sales process. • Collaborate with project managers, fellow sales consultants, and installation crews to ensure a smooth customer experience. • Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm. • Continuously improve sales and customer service skills through weekly coaching sessions.
