What You'll Do • Oversee the preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets. • Monitor financial details to ensure legal compliance. • Supervise employees who do financial reporting and budgeting. • Review company financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs. • Work with executives and department heads to set a financial goal and budget. • Analyse market trends to maximize profits and find expansion opportunities. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is required; advanced degree like Master's or MBA in Finance is preferred. • At least 5 years of experience in a finance role; management experience is a plus. • Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting. • Proficient in databases, MS Office, financial software applications. • Strong leadership and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
