About The Role We are eagerly looking to hire a Jr. Customer Support Associate for our Customer Support department. This is an entry-level, hourly, full-time position where the primary language of interaction will be English. In this role, you would be extending outstanding service to our valuable customers, acting as the first point of contact for queries. You will play a significant role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty, as the interactions led by you will set the tone for customers' relationship with our company.
