Full description

About Adapt Adapt is the company agent platform that makes every company instantly AI native. We believe every company will have a central company agent. A powerful, universal AI harness that works across the systems, tools, data, and people that make up the business. One place to ask, build, analyze, automate, and act across the company’s internal operations. Today, people connect the dots between disconnected tools. We’re building the infrastructure that lets the company agent do that work through persistent memory, secure compute, deep integrations, reusable skills, and enterprise controls. Adapt was founded by Jim Benton, Sean Smith, and John Andrew Entwistle, repeat founders and operators who have built and scaled successful technology companies. Jim co-founded ClearSlide, led Apollo.io, and ran Chorus.ai through its $575 million sale to ZoomInfo. Sean founded GlareDB and helped build Coder’s early infrastructure. John Andrew co-founded Coder and founded Wander, the leading luxury travel marketplace. We’ve raised $13 million from Headline, Activant, Susa Ventures, and accomplished operators and angels. Adapt offers the ownership and influence of joining at the earliest stage, backed by the experience, ambition, and capital to build an enduring company. You’ll work directly with the founders and help make foundational decisions about the product, culture, and company future employees will inherit. About the role As our first dedicated Revenue Operations hire, you'll build the systems that connect Marketing, Sales, product usage, billing, and customer growth. You'll own the CRM, data, and workflows that help the team act on the right signals and trust its numbers. This role is in person at our Presidio office in San Francisco, five days a week. What you will own • Own HubSpot architecture, funnel definitions, workflows, and data quality. • Build reliable lead routing, account ownership, and customer handoffs. • Run pipeline reporting and forecasting with revenue leadership. • Connect sales and marketing activity with product usage, billing, and customer signals. • Use Adapt, APIs, and automation to remove repetitive work while preserving permissions and human review. About you • 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or go-to-market systems. • Deep experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM, including architecture, workflows, and reporting. • Strong analytical skills and comfort with SQL, APIs, integrations, and automation. • Experience supporting product-led, usage-based, or pilot-led sales and using AI to improve revenue workflows. Benefits • Equity in an early-stage company. • Medical, dental, and vision coverage, subject to plan terms and eligibility. • Top-tier equipment and the peripherals you need. • Access to frontier AI tools and Adapt. • Daily catered lunch, snacks, and coffee in our Presidio office. San Francisco base salary is $180,000-$220,000, based on role-related skills and experience. Total compensation also includes equity and benefits. Adapt is an equal opportunity employer. We consider qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, sex, pregnancy, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, medical condition, genetic information, disability, veteran or military status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Contact recruiting for reasonable accommodations. Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification.
