Position Details: We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead sourcing and supplier strategy in a manufacturing environment where decisions directly affect production and growth. This role combines supplier relationships, contract negotiations, risk management, and cost improvements with the day-to-day reality of keeping materials moving. You'll be the key link between suppliers, engineering, and operations. One week might be reviewing performance scorecards or market shifts; the next could be traveling to a supplier to troubleshoot and strengthen the relationship. Along the way, you'll be finding ways to reduce lead times, cut costs, and keep quality at the front of every decision.
