The position guides technical teams, ensures solution quality, and drives effective data engineering processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Lead a team in building and deploying data solutions with AWS Glue, SQL, Python, DevOps tools, and Snowflake. • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and solution designs. • Provide coaching, code reviews, and technical standards for the team. • Resolve technical issues quickly to maintain project timelines. • Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code to improve deployment speed and reliability. • Monitor new technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems. Required Skills • Strong experience with AWS Glue, SQL, Python, DevOps tooling, and Snowflake. • Skilled in ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and data integration patterns. • Ability to build efficient, high-performance SQL workloads. • Proficient in Python for automation and data processing. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
