Key Responsibilities • Create and run program plans to deliver projects on time. • Use Agile practices, lead scrum meetings, and promote steady improvement. • Track progress, spot risks, and take action to protect timelines. • Work with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and key outcomes. • Guide and coach project managers and teams to reach milestones. • Hold project reviews and report status to senior leaders. • Build a culture of ownership, openness, and teamwork. • Ensure quality, best practices, and compliance in all work. • Review and refine project processes to improve efficiency.
