The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale projects with a focus on end-to-end data integration and Snowflake migration. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical understanding, and the ability to drive projects from planning to execution while ensuring alignment with business goals. The candidate must be comfortable leading cross-functional teams, managing risks, and contributing to system design discussions. This position is 100% onsite in Warsaw, Indiana, with no remote option. Responsibilities • Lead project delivery using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid SDLC methodologies. • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. • Oversee end-to-end Snowflake data integration and migration initiatives. • Participate in system design discussions and provide occasional hands-on technical guidance. • Develop detailed project plans, manage resource allocation, and monitor delivery progress. • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans proactively. • Communicate project updates, dashboards, and status reports to stakeholders and leadership. • Ensure alignment between project objectives and business priorities. • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and implement process improvements. Required Qualifications • 7-12+ years of experience in project/program management, with a focus on technical projects. • Experience leading Snowflake data migration and integration projects. • Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC processes. • Ability to contribute to system design, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. • Experience using project management tools for planning and reporting. • PMP or Agile certifications (Scrum Master) preferred but not mandatory.
