The specialist will work independently, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines. Responsibilities • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into ServiceNow solutions. • Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow modules as needed. • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to ensure seamless integration and functionality. • Communicate progress, risks, and solutions clearly and consistently. • Deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision and within strict deadlines. Required Qualifications • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, etc.). • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs. • Expertise in workflows, business rules, and ServiceNow configurations. • Experience integrating using REST/SOAP. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Experience working independently in agile environments.
