Candidates should have a comprehensive complex litigation skill set and should be experienced in legal research, brief-writing, running document production, and discovery. We're looking for a key team player who will support the growth of the practice, contribute to articles, attend speaking engagements, and participate in other client development activities. Collaboration with team members is an important component of any role at the firm. Therefore, the firm requires working from the office approximately 60% of the time in accordance with the firm's published hybrid guidelines. Qualifications Academic Background: Graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school. Bar Admission: Must be admitted to the relevant state bar for the office location. Experience: Must have 3+ years of experience handling complex litigation matters, including experience in both state and federal courts. Experience in consumer class action law is preferred; judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with professionalism in working and engaging with clients and colleagues. Work Management: Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and balance competing responsibilities. Technical Aptitude: Ability to stay organized, exercise extreme attention to detail, and work effectively in collaborative team settings.
