Location: Suwanee, GA (Metro Atlanta Area) About the Opportunity A well-established, physician-owned primary care practice in the Metro Atlanta area is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join its growing outpatient team. This opportunity is ideal for a provider who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while building long-term relationships with adult patients. The practice focuses exclusively on adult medicine, emphasizing preventive care, chronic disease management, and comprehensive primary care in a collaborative, physician-led environment. Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for adult patients (18+) • Conduct physical examinations, health assessments, and diagnostic evaluations • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions • Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans within the scope of practice • Provide preventive care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management • Coordinate patient care, referrals, and follow-up services • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation • Collaborate closely with physicians and the clinical care team Qualifications • Active and unrestricted Georgia Nurse Practitioner license (or eligibility to obtain) • National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) • Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain) • Minimum of 2–3 years of outpatient primary care experience as a Nurse Practitioner (required) • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient care skills • Candidates living in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta suburbs within commuting distance of Suwanee are preferred Compensation • Competitive base salary (open to negotiation based on experience and qualifications) Additional Information • Patient population and expected patient volume will be discussed during the interview with the facility. • Additional benefits and compensation details will be discussed thoroughly during the interview with the facility. • This is an outpatient primary care opportunity with a collaborative, physician-led team.
