Job Summary: As the Director of Facilities, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of all residential and commercial facilities for our client. This includes managing a team of 9 staff members, handling vendor relationships, and ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of all properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and/or commercial facilities management and a strong understanding of HVAC systems.
