Home Health Weekend Admission Nurse Pay: $145 per admission, mileage reimbursement and paid drive time Schedule: Saturday and Sunday required, optional Friday and Monday Join our compassionate care team as a Home Health Weekend Admission Nurse providing support throughout Salt Lake County. In this role, you'll admit patients, create care plans, and deliver meaningful, patient-centered care in the comfort of their homes.
