This role is designed as a succession pathway to Chief Operating Officer, offering significant exposure to enterprise-level decision-making, operational design, and growth strategy. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor, operational excellence, and leadership maturity, with a proven ability to drive performance across complex, service-oriented organizations.
