The Opportunity We're growing and looking for a Sales Representative who's hungry to win, humble in teamwork, and driven to serve. In this role, you'll help homeowners and property managers protect what matters most- their homes and businesses. You'll prospect, inspect, and guide customers through high-value exterior projects backed by a licensed, insured, and customer-first contractor you can sell with confidence. What You'll Do • Build new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and local canvassing. • Conduct on-site inspections, assess exterior damage, and create repair or replacement solutions. • Prepare and present proposals, earning trust and closing deals with integrity. • Keep your CRM pipeline up to date- track your progress, forecast results, and manage follow-ups like a professional. • Partner with production and service teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience from start to finish.
