Role Description They are looking to hire a Young, Hungry, Ambitious, Experienced Sales Floor Manager who will oversee day to day sales operations, help coach and develop both openers and closers, bring consistency to team performance, and support overall revenue growth. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on improving processes, raising standards, and ensuring the sales team is aligned, trained, and producing. You'll be responsible for: * Motivating and Managing a team of closers & openers * Holding reps accountable with daily KPIs * Training, developing, and elevating performance * Optimizing sales processes and tightening execution * Coaching through live deals, call reviews, and daily huddles * Hiring, onboarding, and scaling the floor * Driving consistent revenue growth weekly and monthly This role requires someone who knows alternative lending space, understands the math behind production, and can create a winning culture on the floor.
