• Overseeing Monthly books close of the firm (multiple legal entities). • Review of General Ledger and ensuring all costs are appropriately accounted to ensure accuracy of monthly MIS reports. • Oversight of Accounts Payable team and function with responsibility to identify process gaps, bring in process efficiency and develop a robust MIS for the same. • Develop and execute a documented process to ensure newly acquired subsidiaries are properly integrated into finance framework. • Ensure systems and processes are evaluated periodically to avoid any tax leakages and ensure compliance with GST and other relevant statutory requirements. • Preparation of SOPs for various processes within the domain. • Groom a high performing team of 6 to 8 resources and develop succession and career planning within the team. • Evaluate existing processes & systems and make recommendations for automation where possible. • Custodian to implement internal controls and responsible to carry out statutory and internal audit in assigned areas. • Be an active part of the IndAS implementation team. • Oversight of basic Treasury functions and ensuring banking relationships are strongly held to ensure seamless transaction processing.
