Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues. 3. Verifies service by testing circuits, equipment, and alarms; and identifying, correcting, or escalating problems. 4. Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure. 5. Telecommunication equipment backup and restoration. 6. Set up accounts and workstations. 7. Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements. 8. Strong knowledge on ITSM includes CMDB, Incident, Service Requests and change management across IT Infrastructure and ensure SLA maintained.. 9. Documents network by labeling and routing equipment and cables and recording configuration diagrams and specifications. 10. Upgrade systems with new releases and models. Data Center/PoP/Central Office installation experience preferred 5. Prior experience with VOIP 6. Prior experience with SIP Trunking implementation 7. Any certifications are a plus 8.
